The Mission

Hey, I’m Hui Ling, and I’m currently on a personal mission to gain weight and wellness—not just physically, but holistically.

For a long time, I felt like there wasn’t enough support for people like me—those who struggle to gain weight and want to do it in a way that actually feels healthy and sustainable. So I started BeyondTheGain to document my journey, share what I’m learning, and create a space for others who are on a similar path.

This isn’t about quick fixes or extreme bulking. It’s about building habits that nourish your body, strengthen your mind, and improve your overall well-being.
